My goal is to approach espresso as a skill to be developed, as opposed to chasing speed or convenience. Every variable matters and understanding how they interact with each other is part of the challenge but also the reward. My interest lies in why things do or don't work, and observing how small adjustments impact results over time. 

Whether you're new to espresso as well, or simply enjoy the craft, this blog is for anyone who values process as much as outcome.
